Kitchen Manager required for a new high end Deli, Food Counter & Restaurant opening later this year. The concept will have a Gourmet food store selling amazing produce. The other side of the operation is where the Kitchen Manager / Head chef will manage. You will oversee the Butcher counter, the hot Spanish Basque counter , spanish pintxos section , and the restaurant area. Each area will have a Senior ADZN1_UKCT
