This kitchen uses fresh food, high standards, Chef de Partie - up to around £37,000 per year (£34,000 basic plus gratuities) The role we are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background to run one of the sections in the kitchen. You will ensure your section is ready for service, prep your fridge and cook in service to a good rosette level. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
