chef de partie required for a fine dining multi-award kitchen in the County Durham / Darlington area, this is a fantastic opportunity to work straight shifts only, 4 day a week and cooking amazing fine dining produce. You will be creating some stunning dishes with the team. If you are from a multi-rosette background, looking for a 4 day week, fixed days, straight shifts and want to cook great produce, this is the role for you. The restaurant is located between Durham and Darlington area, own transport is required. Chef de partie , £32k tips/service The role As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in your section. you will prep your section for service, ensure everything is ready for service and cook in service. This restaurant only does 1 service a day, which is great as you can really focus the prep on the evening service. This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties. Experience We are looking for a chef de partie with passion and drive, you would have worked in award-winning kitchens in the past and are passionate about this.
