F&B Manager - Wedding venue

F&B Manager required for a stunning Wedding Venuein the Shropshire area. Salary is £35-40k . The F&B Manager will manage the Wedding Venuesoperational departments and help drive this business forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for an F&B Manager / Operations Manager. With it being a events and wedding venue, the bookings are made 2-3 years in advance, which helps make this place more stable financially compared to Restaurants. The role: We are looking for an F&B Manager who will lead the team. You will ensure all the departments run smoothly and manage the various heads of departments. This role will include all the normal F&B Manager duties. This role covers all the F&B areas of the operation, the role is between a F&B Manager and a Operations Manager however it does not cover Housekeeping Experience: We are looking for an F&B Manager / Operations Manager with a background in weddings and events.An F&B Manager / Operations Manager who has worked in Country House Hotels would also be considered for the role. You will need knowledge of GP's.
