Assistent Manager Working at McDonalds

What will you be doing? As Assistant Manager, you support the Restaurant Manager and lead the team so that they can surprise our guests every day with a perfect Big Mac, golden French fries and great service. Your energetic leadership style helps create an optimal working atmosphere and allows your team to give the guest the best experience every day. You also ensure that everything runs smoothly operationally and financially. Your activities range from helping to write annual plans to motivating and developing your team. Develop your skills As Assistant Manager, you will get lots of opportunities to develop yourself in your position thanks to courses or training. Afterwards, it will also be possible to progress to the position of Restaurant Manager. Who are you? We think it is important that everyone at McDonald’s can be themselves. You will do this by getting the best out of employees, regardless of their background. You help develop talent and motivate your team to reach goals. Operationally, you are an ace. Together with the team, you ensure that the objectives are achieved. You are the contact when the Restaurant Manager is absent and know all the procedures. Additionally, you have the knowhow of the various restaurant systems. You have at least an MBO level 3 of knowledge and competence. Leadership experience is a bonus.
