Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Pathology in Newark, NJ

LocumJobsOnline is working with Alumni Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Pathology MD in Newark, New Jersey, 07112 About The Position Specialty Newark Beth Israel Medical Center-AP-Physician-0034 State NJ Location 201 Lyons Avenue Newark New Jersey 07112 Requirements Robert Wood Johnson- Newark Beth Isreal Medical Center needs locums for coverage in the department of Pathology, at least through the summer, starting ASAP. Needs a provider that is able to commit to at least 2 weeks per month, and must be trained and proficient in EPIC. Prior experience in an academic or high volume cancer center is preferred. MUST have active NJ license to be considered Needs someone VERY proficient in surgical pathology, particularly large cancer resection cases On site hours are approximately 8-9 per day. There is no call room. Evening call is taken from the hotel. On call service is 24 hours for the day they are scheduled. No DEA or BLS/other certification is needed. There are 2 PA's and 2 cytotechs plus office staff. Please list any anticipated procedures/surgeries the provider will be required to perform and anticipated volumes: None Description of Work Assignment: Full time coverage of anatomic pathology, including cytology Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: Full time Schedule of Days/Times Needed to Work/ Shift Hours: Full time, 8-9 hours a day plus on call coverage On call?
