As an apprentice, you'll embark on an enriching journey, working towards your Level 3 ICT Support Technician programme qualification under the guidance of our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. You'll have access to a supportive workplace mentor and receive comprehensive training from the Baltic team. A Typical Day in the Job: Own and manage first-line issues, ensuring timely resolution Lead incident management for allocated tickets, maintaining SLA adherence Identify and implement first-line fixes, promoting best practices within the team Contribute to service improvements as part of daily operations Provide backfill cover as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service Salary, Hours and Benefits Salary - £18,000 per annum Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm Generous Holiday Package: Revel in 24 days of annual leave, with bank holidays topping up your leisure time for those well-deserved breaks.
