This is your chance to shape the future of a premium brand, engaging with high-energy on-premise venues (bars, clubs, restaurants) and independent off-premise retailers (liquor stores, supermarkets). You’ll be the face of our brand, creating unforgettable activations, fostering key relationships, and driving sales success. What You’ll Do Be the Brand Champion: Build strong relationships with key accounts, importers, and on/off-premise venues to expand our market presence. Create Buzz: Plan and execute exciting brand activations, tastings, and promotional events that engage consumers and drive sales. Drive Growth by managing distribution, pricing, and inventory to ensure our products are always in the right place at the right time. Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with importers, sales teams, and marketing partners to deliver impactful sales programs. Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to maximize impact. What You Bring Sales Experience: 1-3 years in the beverage alcohol industry or a related field. Social Superpowers: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for storytelling and relationship-building. Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous role. Marketing Mindset: Creative thinker with an eye for consumer engagement, branding, and activation strategies. Organised & Results-Driven: Strong planning, reporting, and budget management skills. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Larger bonuses typically begin around the third year of employment. However, these bonuses are discretionary and depend on company performance.
