Job Description Job Description Overview : Looking for a focused and dedicated Project Supervisor with experience overseeing restaurant construction, preferably with QSR experience. Must have an eye for every detail, Clients 100% satisfaction is absolutely crucial. Clear and concise communication with supervisor and staff is also crucial to a project being finished on time and done to spec. This particular project is a fast-growing QSR chain and is being built all over the country. Manage project scheduling and budgeting, utilizing construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera. Supervise construction teams, ensuring quality control and effective communication among all stakeholders. Review blueprints and schematics to ensure project specifications are met, while providing guidance on construction estimating and contract management. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
