Job Description Job Description Legal Recruiter LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Legal Recruiter with 2 or more years of experience for a full-time job , located in Hartford, Connecticut . This is a Temporary role for someone with prior recruiting experience in the legal industry. Responsibilities: Organizing and managing event logistics for the summer associate program, including gathering RSVPs, booking conference rooms, and compiling annual lists of restaurants and activities. Creating and distributing project evaluations and related reports to the appropriate reviewers regularly. Engaging with Summer Associates to ensure they have an exceptional program experience. Coordinating virtual campus interview programs and resume collections. Arranging interviews with firm attorneys for both summer associate and lateral associate candidates. Managing candidate materials, tracking updates, and collecting interview feedback in applicant tracking system. Preparing materials for weekly Hiring Committee meetings. Communicating with candidates via email and phone to ensure a positive interview and onboarding experience.
