Internal Key Account Coordinator Coffee Machine Manufacturer Location: Reading, Aylesbury, Luton, Stevenage, Watford, Beaconsfield, Harrow, Hemel Hempstead, Barnet, Slough, Windsor, Woking, Guildford Salary: Basic £38,000 - £40,000 DOE 3% Annual Bonus, 10% Empolyer Pension Contribution, Plus other Excellent Benefits. The Company This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading multinational coffee and foodservice equipment manufacturer, operating in over 100 countries worldwide. With a UK-based team of over 100 employees, our client supplies premium equipment to major operators across QSR, restaurant, pub, café, and hotel sectors. Due to continued growth and success in 2023, we are expanding our commercial operations with the addition of a Key Account Coordinator to support our internal key account function. The Role Based at our UK head office, the Key Account Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our national account customers. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders to annualise and analyse daily data , track contract renewal timelines , and ensure the smooth flow of communication between internal departments and our valued customers. Key Responsibilities: Daily annualisation and analysis of account data to support performance tracking and identify trends. Proactively monitor contract renewal schedules , alerting internal teams and supporting the renewal process. Maintain and update key account asset registers and our Digital Coffee Smart portals. Coordinate with internal departments (Service, Sales, Accounts) to resolve queries and ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in onboarding new national account clients and coordinating related internal projects. Prepare regular performance reports for internal and external review meetings. Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers and contribute to overall client satisfaction. The Person Were seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a background in account coordination, sales support, or commercial administrationideally within the foodservice, equipment, or hospitality sectors. Youll have excellent analytical and Excel skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a data-focused or account coordination role. Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present key insights. Familiarity with contract management or renewals is highly desirable. Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Highly organised, with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage priorities under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms. ADZN1_UKTJ
