Street scene Officer - Grade 4 (Manual Labour)

The Recruitment co are recruiting for a Street scene Officer - Grade 4 Manual Labour to work for our client in Ellesmere Port. Knowledge of Street Maintenance Procedures: Familiarity with best practices for street cleaning, maintenance, and safety. Responsibilities: Street scene Officers at this level may be involved in tasks like: Street Cleaning and Litter Removal: Ensuring streets are clean and free of litter and debris. Traffic Management: Assisting with traffic flow and road maintenance. Public Space Maintenance: Maintaining parks, gardens, and other public areas. Enforcement: Dealing with issues like illegal dumping or graffiti. Customer Service: Responding to queries and complaints from the public. Grade 4: This suggests a mid-level position within the organisation, likely involving some supervisory or specialised tasks, but not at the highest management level. Street scene Officer: This role focuses on the upkeep and management of the public environment, including streets, pavements, parks, and other public spaces. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7am -3pm, 37 hours per week Rate of Pay: 12.65 per hour Driving license holders preferred but not mandatory.
