About the Role The Senior QA Manager (Nights) will play a key role in maintaining and improving food safety and quality standards during night shifts. This newly created role strengthens our technical oversight across both high-care and low-care areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals to ensure food safety and compliance Manage internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous compliance improvements Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive food safety and quality initiatives Identify and mitigate food safety risks, implementing preventative measures Maintain accurate records and reports to track quality performance Ensure adherence to retailer standards and manage customer concerns effectively About You This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced QA professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
