This full-time role is based in beautiful Richmond and involves care coordination, rota planning, mentoring, and daily communication with clients and carers. About the Role As a Care Coordinator, you will: Plan and manage staff rotas using advanced scheduling systems to ensure seamless care delivery Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, carers, and colleagues Support and mentor carers, helping them deliver high-quality, person-centred care Work closely with the care manager to ensure care is aligned with each client's clinical and personal needs Collaborate with recruitment and HR to onboard staff and train them in our systems Join our shared out-of-hours rota, supporting the team when unexpected issues arise Be a key part of a passionate and responsive team, solving challenges together Who This Role Is For We welcome applications from: Recent graduates looking for their first step into a purpose-led role Professionals from other industries (hospitality, logistics, HR, education, etc.) with coordination or communication experience Care professionals or administrators who want to move into a more involved and client-focused role Youll need: A university degree (any subject) Strong organisational and communication skills A proactive attitude and calm, problem-solving approach A desire to work as part of a close-knit team making a difference in peoples lives Personal Attributes: Culturally adaptable Compassionate and client-focused Highly organised with excellent time management skills Resilient and adaptable to change Strong ethical standards and integrity Company Benefits Cycle to work scheme Private Medical Insurance Discretionary study contribution (upto £4,000) Pension scheme About Paragon Home Healthcare At Paragon Home Healthcare, we prioritize our staff.
