Temporary Support Worker Oxfordshire based Starting as soon as possbile £13.50 to £14.50 per hour Completely Care Ltd are recruiting for Support Workers for our customer in Oxfordshire that supports and empowers young mothers. You will be part of a team providing a safe and supportive environment for women as they navigate the ups and downs of early motherhood. The Role: As a Temporary Support Worker, you'll be an essential part of the team, providing guidance and encouragement to young mothers during their journey. You'll be there to lend a listening ear, offer practical assistance, and help build their confidence as they tackle the challenges of parenting. This role is an ongoing temporary role, but it's an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the clients. Responsibilities: Provide emotional support, guidance, and a friendly ear for young moms. Assist with day-to-day tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands. Offer advice on parenting techniques, healthy lifestyles, and self-care. Organize and facilitate support groups and educational workshops. Connect young mums with community resources and services. Maintain confidential and accurate records of interactions and progress. Requirements: A genuine passion for supporting young mothers. Empathy, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience working with young mothers or in a similar role (preferred). Knowledge of community resources and services for young parents. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of young moms. Non-judgmental attitude and respect for diversity.
