This role will involve you playing a crucial role in supporting seniors with their daily activities, promoting their well-being, and providing companionship. Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant: • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming • Provide companionship and emotional support • Help with meal preparation and medication reminders • Assist with light housekeeping and errands • Support clients with mobility and physical activities • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate team members • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families What We Look For in You, Our Care Assistant: Adaptability and a personable nature.
