Site Manager - High End Refurb & Fit Out

EA Associates are recruiting on behalf of a leading high-end fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering luxury projects across London. Their portfolio spans super-prime residential, luxury retail, and high-end hospitality, working with prestigious brands, renowned architects and HNW individuals. We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take charge of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of high-end finishes and detailing. The Role: Overseeing all aspects of site management, from subcontractors to health & safety compliance Managing site teams, driving productivity, and ensuring top-tier craftsmanship Liaising with clients, designers, and project managers to maintain smooth project progression Handling logistics, scheduling, and site coordination to meet tight deadlines Ensuring quality control and attention to detail in every aspect of the build What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing high-end fit-out or refurbishment projects in London Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, bespoke joinery, and premium materials A proactive and solutions-driven approach to site challenges Ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring exceptional standards SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. NVQ 6/7 in Construction Management is beneficial but not essential. What’s On Offer?
