Internship Opportunity: HR Training Development We are excited to announce an internship opportunity in our HR department, focusing on training development. If you are passionate about HR and eager to gain hands-on experience, we would love to hear from you Responsibilities: A. Develop Online Training Offerings Analyze current training programs to determine their activity status. Assess the relevance of existing training programs. Group training programs by theme to ensure coherence with our competency and value framework. B. Utilize Flowsparks Update existing training programs. Create new training programs using Flowsparks. C. Identify and Define Competencies Define competencies to enable AI assistance in Cornerstone to match them accurately with job functions. D. Open to Specific Thesis Topics Engage in a specific thesis topic related to HR training and development. Qualifications: Strong analytical skills. Familiarity with online training platforms. Interest in HR and training development. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
