This is our Le Creuset Recipe for a Key Account Manager: Ingredients (What We’re Looking For) 1 Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 5 years of seasoning in Key Account Management, preferably in the cosmetics, luxury, or retail sectors A generous helping of strategic negotiation skills at head office level A strong dash of analytical thinking, using data as your secret sauce A natural flair for premium brand positioning Fluency in Dutch, French, and English – essential for a Belux blend A valid driver’s license – travel throughout Belux and occasionally abroad required A self-starter attitude with entrepreneurial zest and leadership confidence Method (What You’ll Be Doing) Preheat your commercial instincts by developing and executing tailored account strategies. Stir in opportunities by nurturing existing wholesale relationships and prospecting new business. Fold in consistent brand representation across all sales channels, following global brand guidelines. Season generously with strong partnerships—build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts. Whisk through negotiations to craft win-win commercial terms and trade marketing deals. Simmer Sell-In and Sell-Out performance monthly and yearly, adjusting seasoning as needed. Layer in Le Creuset’s brand presence in-store, ensuring the perfect customer experience. Blend well with Finance and leadership to forecast accurately and hit commercial targets. Keep fresh : Monitor SDA contracts, websites, and displays to maintain our selective distribution standards. Garnish with detailed account plans and ongoing performance reviews. Chef’s Competency Checklist Strategic Vision – Think big, cook smart. Analytical Thinking – Data is your bread and butter.
