Onsite with 25% to 30% travel: Chesapeake, VA Responsibilities:- Seeking an AV/VTC Advanced programmer who is passionate about AV/VTC. Need someone with at least SILVER programming in Crestron System, BiAmp and Cisco, This position will entail being the Lead AV Engineer for Audio Visual and IT project designs which will meet client objectives in an effective manner, supported by the architecture. The AV Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical skills, their communication skills and teamwork with other departments. They must work closely with Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Client Support, and Installation team to follow designs through to completion. Qualifications:- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate value proposition Fluent with Crestron Control System and Biamp (High Level Programmer) Computer literate; Knowledge of MS Office products ( Excel and Visio) Ability to travel 25-30% AV/VTC Design experience a must CTI/D certification a plus. Crestron, Biamp, Cisco CCNA Certifies will help with higher pay Strong trouble - shooting, system testing and design analysis Solid oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Team player Ability to multi-task and able to perform under tight deadlines
