Job Description Job Description Commercial GC/CM looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent in Malvern, PA. Salary: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00/annual Monthly Car Allowance Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Responsibilities: · Ability to read and understand the full parameters of the project scope. · Develop project schedule, conduct weekly subcontractor meetings and work closely with Project Manager to lead project to successful completion, on time and budget. · Ability to work closely with subcontractors and maintain accountability at all times. · Foster positive relationships with internal and external customers, subcontractors, and design professionals. · Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve potential field problems. · Lead quality control and safety initiatives on the site. Qualifications: · Candidates should have at least 10 years of commercial construction experience in both renovations and ground-up construction. · Successful leadership, decision-making, sound judgment, and delegation skills. · Comprehensive understanding of trades, scopes, timelines, and scheduling/sequencing of work. · Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required. · Outstanding time management, organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required. · Advanced computer software skills, including MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and Procore. · OSHA 30-hour certification preferred. · First Aid, CPR and AED training preferred.
