TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified OR RN in Charleston, South Carolina, 29406 About The Position Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees Applicants need thoracic and Vascular experience to include heart and valve replacements. Hospital: Trident Medical Center Location: Medical Plaza Drive, North Charleston , SC Unit: Operating Room Building: Main General Information Unit Specifics: • Number of Beds :17 • Patient Ratios :1:1 • Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :1RN/1CST per room, turn over staff, 1 charge RN, 4:1 Anesthesia coverage. Inhouse night shift. • Type of equipment :XI Robot, advanced spine, Mako joint robot, • Documentation • Scheduling requirements:3 call shifts(12hr) x 4 weeks. Days and nights available • Floating required • Patient Experience Hospital Specifics- • Joint, Heart center, Level 2 trauma , Stroke, Cardiac Center recognition Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Circulating RN in general OR to include Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Vascular, and Trauma and Robotic obgyn and Urology cases Must have: Thoracic and Vascular experience to include heart and valve replacements. Stong skills in the following: Cardiac (CV/PV) AAA Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Fem-Pop Bypass Mitral or Aortic Valve Replacement Advanced skills needed: General circulating knowledge to include positioning, prepping and facilitating cases mentioned in above surgical areas.
