This role involves providing direct care to a student, ensuring their medical needs are met throughout the school day. The position is flexible, offering both full-time and part-time options depending on the assigned student and school placement, which will be determined after the interview. Position Details: Employment Type: Full-time & part-time options available Setting: 1:1 school-based position Location: Lakewood, WA (onsite only) Caseload: Assigned after interview Experience Preferred: Pediatric or school-based nursing experience Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 nursing care to a student with medical needs Monitor health conditions and respond to emergencies as needed Assist with medication administration, g-tube feedings, trach care, and other medical interventions Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure the students well-being Maintain accurate medical documentation Qualifications: Active Washington RN or LPN license Previous pediatric or school nursing experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently in a school setting Why Work with ProCare Therapy?
