About the Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive district for an ESY contract. Your primary focus will be on conducting preschool assessments , playing a vital role in understanding the unique needs of these young students. Details: Discipline: Occupational Therapy (OT) Dates: Month of June ONLY (Extended School Year) Hours: 15-20 hours per week Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for preschool students. Analyze assessment results and contribute to the development of appropriate intervention plans. Collaborate effectively with school staff and other related service providers. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of occupational therapy practice. Qualifications: Valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license. Experience conducting occupational therapy assessments, preferably with preschool-aged children. Strong understanding of child development and early intervention practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for helping young children reach their full potential. Compensation: We are offering a competitive hourly rate, with an average of $55-$65 based on experience , for this contract Occupational Therapist position.
