Job Description Summary Seeking full-time Physical Therapist specializing in Pelvic Health to join our dynamic team in Florence, SC (1.5 hours from Myrtle Beach, SC). 20k Sign-On Bonus Entity Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) Worker Type Employee Worker Sub-Type Regular Cost Center CC001290 FLO - Rehab - OP (FMC) Pay Rate Type Hourly Pay Grade Health-29 Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Work Shift Job Description Evaluates, administers and directs the administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in physical medicine and rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of physical therapy and reassess this patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation. 20k Sign-On Bonus Education: Degree in physical therapy from an accredited school. Licenses/Certificates: Physical Therapist South Carolina License. AHA BLS or equivalent certification required. PRPC preferred but not required. Additional Job Description Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, less than one year experience as a physical therapist, and licensure as a Physical Therapist by the South Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
