At RICK you will find an abundance of opportunities for mentorship, growth, and (of course) fun Qualifications Qualified candidate will have two (2) to ten (10) years of experience in land development and/or public works, plus BSCE or the equivalent work experience of five (5) years. Experience must include: Ability to take plans from conceptual design to final Preparation and processing of maps & plans for subdivision & land development projects Design skills should include: Road design Grading Utilities and drainage Earthwork evaluations. AutoCAD/Civil 3D or CAD experience required. Knowled.ge of jurisdictional codes, standards & procedures in the State of Colorado is a plus A good driving record is a must.
