Construction Superintendent - K12 Projects

Job Description Job Description Join Us in Building the Best Place to Work We are seeking experienced Superintendents for K12 construction projects in Southeast Michigan. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Project Manager to lead the daily activities of all trade contractors on-site. Your focus will be on safety, quality, timely project delivery, and seamless project close-out. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing K12 construction projects, with a proven history of successful, on-time project completions. A deep understanding of the construction process, exceptional planning, scheduling, and communication skills are essential to this role. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate with trade contractors. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Maintain a strong focus on quality control and meeting project goals. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in various construction projects. Proven track record in healthcare facility construction with successful on-time completion. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with contractors. OSHA 30 certification is required. Why Work with Us?
