Job Description Job Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a CFO at our Huntington Beach, California location. The individual will play a pivotal role in managing and scaling the financial and administrative teams, analyzing financial trends, preparing insightful dashboards, and supporting performance improvement initiatives from a financial perspective. This role also involves financial forecasting, cash flow management, and supporting acquisition initiatives. Responsibilities • Lead and manage the financial and administrative teams, ensuring efficient operations. • Analyze monthly financials for identifying trends and potential challenges. • Develop and present insightful dashboards to the executive level, providing a consolidated view of the business. • Collaborate with Branch, Installation, and Service managers, offering them insights and forward-looking visibility for informed decision-making. • Drive Finance Department initiatives, such as software and systems implementation, and other improvements as needed. • Create annual forecasts for branches and the consolidated company, and monitor actual performance against the plan. • Manage cash flow and provide accurate forecasting. • Ensure compliance with bank covenants through proper forecasting and planning. • Support acquisition initiatives and integrate the acquired accounting and finance systems into our platform. • Use Accounting Software Systems, CRM, and other relevant tools for managing accounting functions and cash flow analysis.• Proven experience with 3M practices and principles. • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems for financial functions. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services for efficient business operations. • Excellent understanding of Business Systems to streamline processes. • Proficient in using CRM software for customer relationship management. • Extensive experience in handling Accounting Functions including receivables, payables, and payroll. • Strong background in Auditing, ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines. • Solid experience in managing Budget Processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting. • Expertise in Capital Management to ensure financial stability and growth. • Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis to monitor company's financial health.
