Responsibilities include managing ventilators, administering respiratory treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care. The NICU is equipped with the latest technology in neonatal care, ensuring the highest standards of treatment. A typical day involves working closely with neonatal physicians and nurses to develop and implement care plans, managing emergency situations, and educating family members on the care and progress of their newborns.
