Job Description Job Description Legal Receptionist Job Summary Our law office is seeking a friendly and organized Legal Receptionist to manage our front desk. In this role, you will answer and redirect phone calls when necessary, greet clients and other visitors at the office when they arrive, schedule client appointments, and take accurate messages for attorneys and other staff. On a daily basis, you will also sort and distribute mail, organize client files, and assist lawyers with other administrative duties. Legal experience is a plus but not required.
