Years of experience required: 3 years of ICU RN experience or more. Patient ratio: 2:1-Occasionally because of staffing demands or patients that 1:1 care, we do a 3:1 ratio on some of our more stable patients. This is done on a rotating basis depending on whose turn it is to take the 3 patient assignments. Required skills: Candidates must have a background with proficient level of performance in the care of critically ill neuro and trauma patients.
