About the facility A level 1 trauma center is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Associate for locum tenens coverage. About the facility location The facility is located in Southern/Coastal Maine. About the clinician's workday Schedule includes four 10-12 hour days per week when assigned to the OR or three 12-13 hour shifts when assigned to the ICU, which includes overnight in-house coverage. Surgical call is from 6 PM to 6 AM, 1-2 days per week, with one weekend of on-call duty per month (Friday 6 PM to Monday 6 AM). The facility has 679 beds and uses Epic EMR.
