The Facility Specialist is responsible for overseeing operations related to company vehicles, which are managed by an external service provider, monitoring associated operational costs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, the Facility Specialist will manage general company services such as cleaning, space management, gardening, the canteen, travel, and events. This includes overseeing operational costs, planning and monitoring related services, and ensuring all activities comply with local regulations and company standards. Responsibilities: Ensure that all company vehicles and general services are managed and maintained efficiently and safely while providing support to colleagues to create a productive and comfortable work environment. Plan and monitor operational costs related to fleet and general services, ensuring budget compliance. Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. Collaborate with external service providers to ensure quality and efficiency of services provided. Requirements: Degree in facility management, project management, engineering, or related fields. Practical experience in facility and project management, with a focus on corporate fleet management. Ability to collaborate virtually with project teams. Good communication and networking skills. Service orientation and customer focus, with a business partner-oriented mindset. Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in change management and continuous improvement implementation. Fluent in Italian and English. What we offer: For this position we offer a permanent contract.
