Here, you'll be supporting four fun-loving guys with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being active and out in the community Key Responsibilities: Provide support and encouragement to individuals in achieving their personal goals. Facilitate community outings for recreation, leisure, appointments (medical, etc.), and health/wellness activities. Promote social interaction, independence, and active engagement. Offer minimal assistance with personal cares. Implement individual support plans. Document daily activities and progress. Work collaboratively as part of a team. Qualifications: A passion for supporting individuals with disabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity and motivation to engage individuals in activities. Flexibility and reliability. Ability to work as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
