Job Description Job Description To Apply for this Job Click Here Job Type: Full-time Shift Hours: 4 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Thursday Salary Range: $22/hr to $27/hr Job Description: We are seeking a self-driven, team-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a CNC Lathe Operator. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating multi-spindle bar-fed mill-turn CNC lathes to safely produce precision parts within specifications. The position requires maintaining high-quality standards and performing routine machine maintenance. Primary Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate multi-spindle CNC lathes using M & G codes. Load existing programs or write/edit M & G codes to produce parts accurately. Perform first article inspections and document dimensions to comply with ISO standards. Ensure parts meet specifications using measurement instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Conduct dry runs in single block mode to validate program accuracy. Perform routine machine maintenance, including checking oils, lubricants, and coolant levels. Run warm-up programs on machines when required and report any issues to the maintenance team. Requirements and Qualifications: Proficiency in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines with M & G codes. Must have experience working with multi spindle machines Ability to produce first article inspection parts and maintain ISO documentation. Strong skills in using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.). Solid shop math and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. A proactive attitude with a willingness to teach and learn in a team environment.
