Travel Physical Therapist - $2,555 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATION Requirements: 1 year experience Department: Rehabilitation: PT Certifications: BLS, PT - MN Licensure EMR system - Meditech - of patients treated per day: 8-14 patients. Patient Population: Peds to Geriatrics. - Common Diagnosis: Ortho, Neuro, MS, Parkinson's, High School Injuries, Work Related Injuries, Sports Rehabilitation, wound care, and more; see a bit of everything being a small rural hospital. - Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient?: Outpatient, Inpatient, swing bed in the hospital, new admission in care center/nursing home resident care. - Areas required to cover: Outpatient clinic, inpatient, and swing bed admissions. Notes expected to be done following each treatment (no extra time set aside to complete notes)- does not want a traveler who groups all their charting/documentation for EOD. LSVT Big Therapy is performed by perm staff, and travelers don't need prior experience with it. Wound care is provided by permanent staff. -Must have outpatient experience; prefer someone with manual therapy skills. Must be able to complete thorough evaluations and daily documentation. Must be well-rounded and have good time management skills.
