Warehouse Forklift Operator

Job Description Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Location: Belen, NM 1st shift 5am to 3:30pm starts at $18.50 per hour /OT required 2nd shift 3:30pm to 2am starts at $22.00 per hour /OT required Duration: Temp to Hire Main responsibilities Material handling ,palletizing pails, cartons, and drums ,some heavy lifting ,operating a hand pallet jack Computer skills a must and ability to pass a forklift test and operate a forklift. This is a fast-paced environment with extreme temperatures in summer (hot) and winter (cold) Training lasts 6 to 8 weeks. Must be able to follow all general rules and safety rules and have steel /composite toed boots to work. Key Challenges (limit to maximum five challenges) Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work in seasonal conditions (hot in summer and cold in winter) Must have basic computer skills Ability to obtain Forklift Certification Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends if needed Must be willing to take direction and pay attention Must adhere to all Clariant safety rules Must follow Clariant attendance policies (zero call ins and zero tardies) Required Education and Experience (minimum requirements for position) Education High School diploma or GED Must be fluent in English and have basic mathematics skills warehouse experience a plus Computer skills Company Description At Manpower, we believe meaningful, sustainable employment has the power to change the world.
