Job Description Job Description First full week onsite in BEACHWOOD OHIO for training After that FULLY REMOTE Must be fully vaccinated April 17 start date 1 month long project. Get your foot in the door to TEKsystems and we will keep you employed Description This group of contractors will service inbound phone calls from patients and or caregivers regarding their technology support needs. They will be taking anywhere from 30-50 calls a day. They must had the ability to connect to a network cable from their wifi to their supplied computer. Must have at least an ISP speed of 30\\\\ M-F 7:30-4:30P Must have reliable internet & reliable transportation for 1st week of project Job Title Service Desk Agent Top Skills Details 1. High customer service experience - will be taking calls from patients 2. Some technical experience 3. Call center experience Additional Information • Average of 30-50 calls per day • Average time of 1:45 between calls • High level customer service skills • Entry level technical service skills Drug and background check required External Communities Job Description 1.
