Work Experience Your Day-to-Day As a CNC Programmer , you’ll be a key player in ensuring precision and efficiency in our machining operations. Your responsibilities will include: Creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs for lathes and mills. Setting up and troubleshooting CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications. Selecting appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials. Ensuring compliance with quality control standards and making necessary adjustments. Collaborating with engineers, machinists, and production teams to improve processes. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies. What we're looking for We believe in hiring great people and giving them the tools to succeed. Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in CNC programming, with experience in G-code and M-code. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar). Attention to Detail: Strong understanding of machining tolerances, materials, and tooling. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes. Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
