Travel Nurse RN - ER/Trauma - $1,840 per week in Wilson, NC

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Various Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of Emergency Department experience License: Registered Nurse Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS Must-Have: Meditech experience preferred Description: Orientation is bi-weekly with upcoming start dates. The hospital has 294 beds and is Joint Commission Accredited. Services include cancer care, cardiac care, orthopedics, imaging, and surgical services. Located 45 miles east of a major city and 2 hours from the coast. It's 1 hour from major universities and a 15-minute drive from a recreational lake. Home to a historic sports stadium. Patient care uses GE Monitors and standard emergency equipment with Meditech EHR. The emergency department has 26 beds with patient ratios of 1:4-5, flexible depending on acuity. Patient population includes geriatric, adult, and pediatric. Must possess a team player mentality with an engaged and positive attitude. Required education is an Associate Degree in Nursing. Dress code requires scrubs in any color.
