Associate Wealth Manager

Job Description Job Description Position Overview: We seek a dynamic, motivated, and proactive individual to join our team as an Associate Wealth Manager. You will assist in delivering financial planning and investment management services, partnering closely with our senior wealth managers to provide an exceptional client experience. Primary Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and maintaining customized financial plans for clients using Echo Dashboard. - Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare meeting summaries. - Oversee implementation of financial plans, coordinating with accountants, attorneys, insurance agents, and bankers. - Open new accounts and ensure accurate and timely asset transfers. - Prepare investment reports for meetings and assist in strategic planning initiatives. - Contribute to firm growth by attracting new clients and developing personal marketing plans. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in financial planning, finance, accounting, or a related field. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to pursue CFP certification. - Familiarity with financial planning tools (eMoney or MoneyGuide Pro). - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. - Two years of industry experience preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
