Job Description Job Description Job Title: Picker and Packer Job Description The individuals working in this role will be picking medical products to be shipped to various locations, primarily hospitals or pharmacies. Upon arrival, they will put a scanner on their wrist, scan the bins on their cart, and follow the system's instructions to pick products from specific aisles. Once the bins are full, they will bring them to a staging area for palletizing. This role involves being on your feet all evening, picking and packing products efficiently. Responsibilities Pick medical products using a wrist-worn scanner. Scan bins and products accurately. Place products into bins until full. Transport full bins to the staging area for shipping. Operate a cherry picker forklift if trained and interested. Rotate to the shipping area if interested. Essential Skills Experience in picking and packing. Familiarity with warehouse operations. Proficiency with scanners. Basic computer skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with forklifts and cherry pickers. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable transportation. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Why Work Here? The shift runs from 7pm to 3:30am with potential overtime until 4-5am, especially on Sundays and Mondays. Employees perform stretches before each shift and work together in a fast-paced but manageable environment. The team is collaborative and supportive. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.85 - $21.85/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
