Your Key Responsibilities: - Buffet Brilliance: Set up, serve, and break down buffet-style lunches for over 150 employees with finesse. - Seamless Coordination: Work closely with back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations. - Logistics Mastery: Manage large shipments, maintain satellite kitchens, and restock supplies efficiently. - Event Excellence: Assist with high-profile offsite events and exclusive gatherings. What We’re Looking For: - Flexibility: Be open to occasional evening shifts. - Food & Beverage Savvy: Knowledgeable about food and drink service. - Experience: At least two years of high-end serving experience in top hotels or restaurants.
