The ideal Senior Sous Chef will have previous experience within a first class, fresh food kitchen and have a genuine love of cooking. Alongside this excellent management and training skills to educate, motivate and retain your dedicated team will be essential. Duties include: Assisting with menu creation Costing Controlling stock Ordering and dealing with suppliers Training and mentoring the junior members of the team Ensuring quality and consistency Full responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence This is a live out position and your own transport will be essential, due to the rural location of the establishment.
