Head Receptionist Competitive Rate per hour 40 Hour per week, working 5 days out of 7 The Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa is now recruiting a Head Receptionist to work within our team About the role The Head Receptionist will be responsible in the absence of the Head Receptionist, p rimarilyin ensuring that Reception shifts are run efficiently, providing outstanding guest service, assisting all Reception staff and maintaining a calm, professional environment at all times. The role will involve, c hecking guests in and out, dealing with emails, supporting and developing the other reception staff. We have 135 bedrooms, 4 function suites which cater for up to 450 people and 7 multi-functional conference rooms.
