The successful applicants will have (at least 6 months) in a similar busy city centre bar where service and quality is paramount. We will only consider applications that meet the following: Essential Criteria: 6 monthsin a similar busy city centre bar Fully flexible to work Friday and Saturday evenings Proven track record of Customer Care Desirable Criteria NVQ Level 2 in Food & Drink Service (or similar) 6-12 months experience in a busy bar Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certificate (must be current) First Aid Certificate (must be current) This is an excellent opportunity to join the provinces largest operator of licensed premises.
