Job Title: Executive Chef Restaurant Group (Amsterdam & Rotterdam) RELOCATION OPPORTUNITY Location: Amsterdam and Rotterdam, NL Salary: €60,000€72,000 per annum About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to lead our clients culinary operations across two premier restaurants in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Based primarily in Amsterdam, this role requires flexibility and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Develop and implement innovative menus that align with the brand's vision and cater to a diverse clientele. Lead, train, and inspire kitchen teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and ordering processes to maintain profitability. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Travel between Amsterdam and Rotterdam locations as required to maintain consistency and quality across sites. Candidate Profile: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably within high-end dining establishments. Proven track record in menu development, team leadership, and operational management. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
