The successful candidate is expected to make a significant contribution to research in marketing and management, in particular on AI technology adoption in hospitality enterprises. An integral part of the research is the analysis of perceptions, barriers and drivers influencing the adoption of new technologies in the hospitality sector, complemented with research on behavioural aspects of technology adoption. The submission of at least one article in a scientific journal per contract year is expected, as well as active participation in international conferences and international and national research networks.
