Role Description This is a full-time on-site Front of House role for THE TRIBUNE HOTEL, JDV by Hyatt. He/she will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including communication with guests, managing reservations and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Prior experience in front of house department and customer service Ability to handle receptionist duties Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work well in a team Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations Knowledge of the Opera PMS system
