Inventory Accounting Specialist

Job Description Job Description Job Title: Inventory Accounting Specialist Location: West Palm Beach, FL Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour Type: Contract to Hire Job Responsibilities: Maintain records of vehicle inventory for all campuses. Process invoices for new vehicles arriving at dealerships. Handle accounting tasks related to vehicle sales, including manufacturer invoices, journal entries, title and registration, and reconciling discrepancies. Reconcile bank statements when sales take place. Perform tasks such as copying and scanning. Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with other accounting tasks related to vehicle sales and inventory. Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Experience in accounting, particularly with new, loaner, and used vehicles. Proficiency in CDK software. Tech-savvy and comfortable with web-based programs. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
